As a
Group Facilitator, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by providing and promoting an environment of long-term recovery.
You will report to the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our patients.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
OR GED with at least 1 year of experience working as a professional driver in an automobile
OR Bachelor's degree in human service or related field with human service experience preferred. - L/CADC preferred.
- Minimum 12 years substance abuse or related work experience.
- Minimum 12 years group therapy experience (preferred).
- COVID 19 Vaccination approved exemption status
Duties:
- Follows HIPAA Regulations
- Facilitates group therapy, assessments, didactic, and process groups.
- Document group therapy sessions in each patients' EHR (DAP notes).
- Coordinate with Treatment Team members about client activities.
- Follows Code of Ethics.
- Maintain records according to legal standards and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
