Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant.

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Accounting Manager in various accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial records.

Duties:

• Assist Accounting Manager
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Requirements:

• Previous experience as accounts receivable is preferred
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of doubleentry bookkeeping principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
