Collision Center Estimator / Auto Body Appraiser

ETHOS AUTO BODY is a state of the art Collision Repair Facility located in Westchester County, New York. Our repair facility focuses on restoring the damaged vehicles to their "pre accident condition" using OEM standards and providing our clients with the highest level of customer service achievable.


Essential Job Duties:

• Utilize _CCC One_ knowledge to write estimates, create repair plans and order parts
• Have knowledge of repair procedures and processes
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "teamplayer" attitude
• Comply with all safety rules, guidelines and standards
• Ability to independently negotiate with field appraisers from all carriers to reach 'Agreed Price's'

Hiring Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to effectively communicate with others verbal and written
• Strong sales orientation
• Must be a _'proactive'_ individual and _'incentive driven'_
• Organization and multitasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fastpaced environment
• Professional appearance

Pay:
From $83,200.00 per year
