- Service Bartender ensures beer, soda and paper products are appropriately stocked. Ensures that bar area is supplied with menu items.
- Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift.
- Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis. Always maintains department's safety/sanitation standards.
- Always enters drink orders into the P.O.S. system in an organized and accurate method.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
- Previous Food & Beverage bartender experience a plus. Alcohol beverage service preferred.
