Your Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers via written and telephone communication
- You will professionally and efficiently handle all customer inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, and other related topics independently and as part of a team
- You will be responsible for our internal ticketing system, ensuring that all requests are documented and monitored for quick and customer-oriented resolution
- You will act as a liaison and knowledgeable contact person for all other central sales service departments
- You will strive for continuous development and improvement of existing customer service processes
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
- Independent work style and strong communication skills
- Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Positive and trustworthy personality
- High IT affinity
- Strong service orientation
- Excellent self-organization skills and high level of initiative
