Your Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers via written and telephone communication
  • You will professionally and efficiently handle all customer inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, and other related topics independently and as part of a team
  • You will be responsible for our internal ticketing system, ensuring that all requests are documented and monitored for quick and customer-oriented resolution
  • You will act as a liaison and knowledgeable contact person for all other central sales service departments
  • You will strive for continuous development and improvement of existing customer service processes

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
  • Independent work style and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Positive and trustworthy personality
  • High IT affinity
  • Strong service orientation
  • Excellent self-organization skills and high level of initiative
