Position:
Compassionate Coordinator for Adults with Developmental Disabilities

River Home Care is an Approved Service Provider for NJ DDD.

We are devoted to enriching the lives of adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. We extend a caring hand statewide, offering support, independence, and peace of mind to our clients and their families.

We are actively seeking a
Coordinator to handle the scheduling of Caregivers of our Development Disabled Adult Clientele.

• Deliver compassionate assistance to adults with developmental disabilities.

Assist with onboarding new Caregivers/ DSPs:

• 
  Coordinate and schedule visits with Caregivers and their Individuals:
• Assist Caregivers with documentation of provided care and the developmental progress of clients.
• Handle Incidents in an efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Coordination is desirable.
• Awareness of and dedication to individuals' rights and advocacy.
• Office setting, proficient in computers
• Pleasant phone skills
• Respectful of HIPAA guidelines, upholding strict confidentiality standards.
• Exceptional communication abilities and teamwork skills.
