Description
Physician controlled private practiceof 23 radiologists is recruiting due to rapid growth. The group covers two UFHealth community hospitals and 6 free standing imaging centers. Full-integratedPACS connects the hospitals and outpatient centers. This is a stable, growinggroup
15 to 20 weeknights per year (5 pm to 12 AM) / year. No overnight call.
8 to 10 weekends call coverage per year, part of which can be done from home.
Post call days off.
Body Imager – Spend50% of your time in Body Imaging with balance in general – mammo is notrequired.
Neuroradiology – Spend50% of your time in Neuroradiology with the balance in general – mammo is notrequired.
Cardiac or Cardiothoracic Imager– position is open due to the group receiving increased interest fromCardiologists to offer greater Cardiac Imaging services. This includesCardiac MRI, Cardiac PET, possibly stress Cardiac PET. The group alreadyprovides rest echo, coronary and peripheral vascular CTA/MRA. Brand new3T MRI with cardiac MRI capability. Since the Cardiac service line isnew, the position also includes general imaging radiology work as well asparticipating the general call pool. NO mammo, MSK, Oncology PET or IR isrequired.
Other Fellows – wouldconsider other fellowship's but you would spend under 30% of your time in yoursubspecialty.
Radiologists start at 380 to 400K(non-experienced), higher if experienced. Baseline total compensationexceeds 450k when factoring in CME, retirement contributions and othermonetized benefits. Optional additional internal daytime teleradiologymoonlighting adds $15k-30K income annually. 2 year partnershiptrack, partners enjoy 12.5 weeks off. Start at 8 weeks vacation. Full array ofbenefits.
