IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE

• Representing Kobithen Residential Roofing with our potential clients and helping them through the sales and insurance process.
• Identifying opportunities for relevant exterior improvements.
• Building your referral network to create future business.
• Investigate weatherrelated damage in neighborhoods and be our first point of contact with property owners.
• Contact past customers to check in and talk about new opportunities to help them with their homes.
• Create happy customers and receive referrals and positive reviews for Kobithen Residential Roofing.
• Participate in networking and marketing events to build relationships.
• Continuously grow your sales competency through professional development and training

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to work with mínimal supervision after training
• Upbeat positive attitude
• Strong Communication skills
• Comfortable with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps
• High school or equivalent (required)
• Ability to use ladders for inspections
• Organized and able to follow processes.

Pay:
$90, $175,000.00 per year
