Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay.
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to checkin.
- Communicate clearly & effectively to Team Members, and all guests entering the Hotel.
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
- Oversee checkin & checkout procedures.
- Liaise with Housekeepers, Maintenance to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.
Skills:
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
- Customer Service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- Knowledgeable of Opera PMS (Cloud), and MS Office.
- Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills.

$ $16.00 per hour
