Full Time Bookkeeper - Newark, United States - RED Trucking Corp.

Description

• Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with all accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Work closely with management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping/controller roles
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and spreadsheets
• Experience with other accounting and billing software is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a highpressure environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
