We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to develop and oversee a state of the art showroom.

Duties for Showroom Manager:

• Manage the daytoday operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures
• Work with various clientele; Builders, Architects, Designers, Contractors/Installers and Retail clients. Assist walk in clients as needed.
• Help merchandise new products as needed.
• Build a sales call calendar to introduce yourself to builders, contractors and designers.
• Make appointments in the showroom to give tours to new clients/contacts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
• Schedule and participate in ongoing product/sales training to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to effectively meet customer needs

Qualifications for Showroom Manager:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or showroom setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
• Have a vision and have confidence in yourself.
