    Allure Rehabilitation Services is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY

    *Who We Are*The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of care for patients of all ages and conditions while upholding an environment of kindness, dignity, and respect for employees and residents. As a *Physical Therapist Assistant* at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

    *Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
    • Work under the supervision of a physical therapist to provide physical therapy services
    • Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the MD orders
    • Record treatments in the medical record
    • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area and department
    • Communicate with Supervisor and other team members regarding resident progress, problems, and plans
    • Instruct families and staff in maintenance or home exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist
    *Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements
    • Degree from an Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current, valid NYS license
    • COVID-19 vaccination
    *Preferred
    • Previous experience in post-acute/long-term care
