- Performing on-site inspections of damaged property
- Preparing estimates of repair using Xactimate
- Preparing inventories of damaged property including valuations
- Performing investigation including interviews & recorded statements
- Evaluating insurance coverage
- Making claim adjustment recommendations
- Preparing comprehensive reports
- Property damage and bodily injury liability investigations
- Maintaining control of a full caseload
- Minimum of four years of P&C claims handling experience
- Preference is given to those with Property/Multi-line claims experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Job DescriptionAre you a detail-oriented and enthusiastic claims specialist? Join our team at SGD as a Property/Multi-line Claims Adjuster. You will play a crucial role in evaluating insurance claims, preparing estimates, and facilitating the resolution process for our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, experience with handling P&C claims, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Some travel is required for field inspections. If you find satisfaction in investigating all avenues to reach the best possible resolution for the claim, and our client, this position is for you.
