- Applying sound business judgement, design and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines around project staffing, strategic workforce planning, internal mobility, and total talent management across the enterprise
- Develop and advise the business on organizational change management plans around significant process and technology changes, including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, training, and evaluation
- Develop and manage project plans for bespoke projects for the EWS function
- Evaluate and make recommendations for efficiencies / standardization in processes and procedures related to scope of work
- Analyze data and produce regular reporting on key performance indicators and metrics that drive operational and executive level insights, including analysis and dashboards related to strategic workforce planning, total talent mix, internal mobility demographics, and self-service tool / process effectiveness
- Develop internal meeting and status reporting content using PowerPoint and Excel
- Escalate issues, as applicable, to the EWS Operations Lead
- Participate as an active member of the EWS team, identifying and deploying continual process improvement and standardization across the enterprise
- Any other duties requested by the EWS Operations Lead to support overall EWS function
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university plus 2+ years of professional experience OR 6+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience with business requirements development and documentation of standard operating procedures
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to set up systems to easily recall important details
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships of trust quickly and carefully across both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across an organization
- Demonstrated experience interacting with end-users to understand and document business requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly with the ability to "see around corners" and anticipate the needs of their internal clients
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Exhibit an analytical mind, a strong intellectual curiosity
- Strong data management experience with intermediate to advanced functions and data aggregation / analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while also being an exceptional team player

- A demonstrable willingness to work more than 40 hours as needed to support business requests

- Previous experience in human resources, talent acquisition or resourcing / staffing
- 2+ years of related experience, specifically in project management, process design and organizational change management

What You Will Do:
The Enterprise Workforce Solutions (EWS) team is part of the Human Capital organization at Guidehouse and is a critical partner to the client service delivery segments at Guidehouse, enabling outstanding client service, revenue generation and a compelling employee experience.
The team manages enterprise-wide efforts to deliver staffing solutions through process and automation, assists with large-scale project deployment, facilitates internal mobility with a focus on employee-generated requests, manages the talent process for Guidehouse's non-employee workforce and leads strategic workforce planning.
The EWS Operations Associate is a critical part of that team, designing process and delivering regular analytical insights to the EWS team, segment leadership and corporate leadership.
They will assist with developing business processes, assisting with change management activities and performing data analysis to support project staffing, strategic workforce planning, and total talent management.
This position reports to the EWS Operations Lead. This position interacts directly with IT, human capital, finance, and contracts personnel in a dynamic, challenging and collegial environment.Duties & Responsibilities:

The annual salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$98, Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
