Reybold is a Construction and Property Managment Company aggressively seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Residential Maintenance Department In this role you are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the community and ensuring quality service to residents to meet and in accordance with the goals and standards set forth by management.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Complete resident requested service orders properly and on a timely basis.
  • Troubleshooting and performing minor electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, etc.
  • Troubleshooting and performing basic plumbing repairs such as cleaning stoppages and replacing fixtures.
  • Replaces broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, window coverings and locks.
  • Painting of interior and exterior.
  • Performs finish carpentry work.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment based on manufacturers recommendations and operating manuals.
  • Periodically inspect units, buildings and common areas, performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed.
  • Has knowledge regarding water cutoffs, all rental unit and fixture cutoffs and sewer cleanouts.
  • Rekeys locks and cuts keys.
  • Participates with the oncall responsibilities and assignments.
  • Assisting in other areas as needed to include groundskeeping, janitorial, custodial, snow removal, etc.
  • Performs all work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Additional tasks/duties as assigned by management.

Additional Job Responsibilities:


  • May require occasional overtime
  • Oncall required

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of residential maintenance experience
  • Must possess valid driver?s license
  • General knowledge of and skill in a variety of semiskilled building maintenance and repair practices and techniques
  • Skill in the use of tools and equipment of the trade
  • Skills in inspecting and making adjustments, repairs and replacements to units
