PUBLIC JOB ADVERTISEMENT For the Technology and Innovation Park Jena GmbH (TIP Jena GmbH), a municipally controlled company that promotes and supports business startups and provides the necessary infrastructure, the following position is to be filled as soon as possible: Managing Director (m/f/d) Our Technology and Innovation Park Jena GmbH builds and operates incubators in Jena and the region.

We promote business startups in close cooperation with the municipal economic development company by providing premises and consulting services, and support startups in Jena and the region in their successful settlement.

That's why we are looking for you.

Together with a yet to be appointed authorized officer, you will have the following tasks:

Management and representation of the Technology and Innovation Park Jena GmbH Leadership of a small, agile team of four employees Strategic development of the company Consulting and support for founders and startups Initiation and management of corresponding projects We expect you to have a university degree, leadership and project management experience.

You are characterized by negotiating skills and persuasive power and can communicate well with a variety of stakeholders, from enthusiastic startup companies to authorities and government funding agencies.

You work independently and at the same time have a cooperative leadership style. Ideally, you have experience in the management of construction projects.
