Description

The city of Lehrte is looking to fill a full-time position as a Diploma Engineer or Bachelor (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering, specializing in Urban Water Management at the City Drainage Authority as soon as possible. The position is classified in pay group 11 TVöD and is open-ended. The position is also suitable for part-time work and can be partially done from home.

The main responsibilities include:

Planning and construction (including site management) of wastewater treatment plants and waterway development projects in accordance with current regulations
Hydraulic testing of the city's sewer network
Assisting with opinions on land use and development plans as well as third-party planning
Preparation of water law permit applications
Administration of the sewer information system, data collection, and creation of data extracts
