    Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Production Operations Specialist to support the Manufacturing Team based out of Berkeley, Missouri. Successful candidates will communicate processes across sites, ensure quality and timely delivery of all production activities, and manage long range technical research on proposed projects.     Position Responsibilities:

    Communicates manufacturing processes across organizations/sites.

    Ensures quality and timely delivery of all production activities.

    Leads the development of staffing plans. Communicates with other Boeing organizations, suppliers, customers and stakeholders to ensure effective product execution.

    Manages long-range technical research on proposed projects.

    Communicates on the implementation of corrective/preventive action plans across organizations/sites.

    Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories which may serve as a precedent for future decisions that affect the business posture of the organization.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.

    ? Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    5+ years of experience working in manufacturing

    5+ years of experience leading cross functional teams

    5+ experience interpreting, analyzing, and developing data for support requirement

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    3+ years Project Management experience

    3+ years of experience working in a design engineering, industrial engineering or manufacturing role

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range:

    Level 5-$119,850 162,150
