• 35 years of professional work experience in a client services or administrative role.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all ages.
• Proficiency in editing and proofreading, with demonstrated experience in maintaining highquality documentation.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools preferred.
• Ability to adapt to flexible work hours and virtual work environments.
• Comfortable with occasional travel for meetings, trainings, or client engagements.
• Genuine appreciation and respect for teenagers and young adults and their unique needs and perspectives.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
