We are currently seeking a:

Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)


If you have experience as a payroll or HR specialist and are looking to work for a forward-thinking company, we would love to have you join our team at our Vanderbilt location.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing payroll for a set client base
  • Administering timekeeping and absence management
  • Assisting with all HR processes such as contract creation, reference letter writing, filing, and maintaining employee data in our HR management software
  • Handling reporting and certification requirements
  • Corresponding with clients, insurance companies, and government agencies
  • Providing independent and personal support to clients

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a payroll accountant, certified accountant, or HR specialist with relevant work experience
  • Potentially several years of practical experience in payroll accounting
  • Good knowledge of DATEV programs, as well as Addison or MS Office applications
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently, but also enjoy being part of a team that supports you
