Requirements:


  • Diploma in Nursing
  • FL LPN license
  • At least 1 year experience in Home Health.
  • FL state CEUs
  • Physical stating free of communicable disease within last year.
  • PPD skin test or chest Xray
  • Valid Drivers License/Auto Insurance.

Responsibilites:


  • Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards.
  • Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Medication Management.
  • Responds to emergency situations.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing home health care services, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Florida Department of Health regulations.
  • Communicates with patients and families regarding treatment care.
