Position Summary:


The role of Regional Revenue Manager involves managing revenue strategies for a range of hotels under the Intown Suites and Uptown Suites brands.

This role focuses on developing strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

The Regional Revenue Manager will create tailored strategies for revenue optimization by analyzing market and business mix, demand drivers, and other factors affecting each property and market's competitiveness.

This position reports to the Vice President of Revenue Management.


Position Responsibilities:
Essential

  • Conduct strategic market analysis for pricing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to develop cohesive revenue strategies at both market and property levels.
  • Perform demand analysis, including competitive set analysis.
  • Conduct regular competitor price and product analyses to ensure appropriate value/ price positioning.
  • Participate in forecasting and budgeting at property and market levels.
  • Lead operations, sales, and revenue management strategy meetings.
  • Manage OTA/Channel operations.
  • Assist with revenue management training.
  • Conduct group business displacement analysis.
  • Identify revenue-generating initiatives, assess their value, and implement them.
  • Other assigned duties.
  • This role is based at our Corporate Office with regular and predictable office hours as directed by the Company.

Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education

  • Demonstrate self-motivation and passion for revenue management.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel revenue management, with multiunit experience. Experience in extended stay, particularly with economy or midscale brands, is preferred.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and statistical methods for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of economy hotel operations.
  • Thorough understanding of hotel revenue management practices.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in the English language - reading, speaking, understanding, and writing.
  • Work location: Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA (North Atlanta).

Work Environment:

  • Office environment with moderate noise levels.

  • Ability to manage high-stress situations, prioritize deadlines and effectively de-escalate issues.
  • Ability to make clear and concise decisions.

Physical Demands:

  • Indoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces.
  • Sitting for eight-hour shifts.
  • Required to work at the Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA; remote work is not permitted.
  • Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
  • Extensive use of hands and fingers for keyboard manipulation and answering phone calls.
  • Use of a computer terminal requiring extensive eye contact with a display screen.

Travel Demands:

  • Travel requirement: 5% or less.
