We are looking to hire rising Seniors for our Summer Management Trainee Internship (Graduating in August 2024, December 2024 or May This internship is full time, requiring 35-40 hours/week. We are looking to hire interns for our Huntington, WV and Barboursville, WV offices, offering a pay of $15.00 / hour.

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, well put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. Well give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, youll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must be graduating in August 2024, December 2024, or May 2025 enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program for the up coming semester in a college or university.
• Must be able to start and attend our orientation class on 5/13/2024 and make a 10-12 week commitment
• Must have 3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
  • Will consider leadership experience in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service or military in lieu of the work experience.
  • Will consider experience as a student athlete in lieu of the work experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
