Description
Responsibilities at Woodlawn Park include:
- Preparing and scheduling work
- Independently managing and optimizing construction projects from start to finish, including instruction, acceptance, and final billing
- Participating in bid processing
- Ensuring compliance with contracts, quality standards, and deadlines
- Negotiating with clients, architects, specialists, and authorities
- Advising clients as customers
- Coordinating construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Creating measurements, quantity calculations, and project billing
Qualifications:
- Seeking a responsible role with independent work and a degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Experience in construction management for civil engineering and/or concrete repair and restoration
- Strong technical understanding, organizational skills, and cost awareness
- Ability to work well in a team
