At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small multi-functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently. The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Frontend Developer Angular-Python to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build innovative, applications that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Similarly, the ideal candidate is an expert engineer who values the "team", drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.

Location: Palo Alto, CA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Looking for a strong web developer.
Should have hands on expertise in REACT UI build and WEB development related concepts.
Should be aware of REACT JS concepts like REDUX, hooks etc., Must be able to debug any errors/issues in the web application developed/enhanced.
Should be able to understand the approaches discussed and implement them properly from the given UI framework.
Should be well versed with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
Should be able to debug and solve any technical issues faced
Should be able to understand the client requirements and get it performed within estimated time.

QualificationsRequired skills and expertise:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years of software development experience.
Should have hands on expertise in REACT UI build and WEB development related concepts.
Should be aware of REACT JS concepts like REDUX, hooks etc., Must be able to debug any errors/issues in the web application developed/enhanced.
Should be able to understand the approaches discussed and implement them properly from the given UI framework.
Should be well versed with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
Should be able to debug and solve any technical issues faced.
Good to have knowledge on Blue Node JS, Karma test cases

Work Authorization

Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 – $146,600 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
