Description

Outside Service Team Member at the NY Golf Park is a part-time position that could lead to a more managerial role in the future.

Work outside during the short 4.5-month golf season.

Team members are expected to be punctual, professional and communicate well with the owner and fellow team members.

Five-hour shifts from 10am-3pm or 2-7 pm.

Customer Service:
Friendly Helping Customers with purchasing range balls, miniature golf, ice cream and attending to their needs. Promotion of the NY Golf Park programs such as camps, clinics and golf lessons.

General Maintenence:
Keeping the park (driving range, mini golf and pro shop) clean, Picking the range balls and washing them, filling the golf ball vending machine with balls after washing them, mowing the range and grass tees, collecting garbage, vacuuming the pro shop, fixing minor mechanical issues with the mowers and golf carts would be a great skill to have in coming to work at the park


Qualifications:


  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in handling and financial transactions (cash and credit cards)
  • Experience fixing mechanical issues is a plus
  • Experience working with children is a plus
  • Hospitality (making guests feel welcome)
  • Experience in groundskeeping and or customer service

$ $18.00 per hour
