Purpose:
The purpose of the Patient Services/Front Desk Receptionist is to a) establish rapport with all patients in the clinic, b) assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification, administration and financial matters and c) to reinforce the Physical Therapist in patient compliance with their PT program.

- Patient Scheduling
- Financial collections (copays, insurance checks, misc equipment fees)
- Patient Chart Maintenance
- Front Office/Area Maintenance
- General Administrative Support
