Growth oriented and progressive Home Medical Equipment (HME/DME) company is looking for a new team member to join our revenue cycle team as one of our two Payment Posters.

Solarus is a family owned, quality focused and mission driven company focused on assisting Pediatricians with the treatment of children's asthma & other chronic breathing related conditions.

Solarus has relationships with greater than 2500 Pediatric Clinics in 7 states with a significant footprint in Florida, Texas and throughout the Midwest.

Location:
Florida Headquarters, Tampa

The Payment Poster will execute a variety of activities to achieve the billing and revenue cycle goals for Solarus.


Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Read and understand medical Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for all insurance types
• Post payment and adjustments from Payer EOB's, Insurance Portals and ERA's
• Post patient payments from credit card processing site
• Organized and able to multitask
• Communicates problems and concerns to Revenue Cycle Team Leads & the Operations Manager that may lead to inaccurate or untimely completion of reimbursement processing.

Education/Training/Experience:

• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player).
• Normal office/clerical motor skills in addition to extensive computer and telephone experience

This position is an in-office role and does not have a remote (work from home) option

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
