- Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
- Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities.
- Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Completes special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) certification preferred.
- Requires critical thinking skills, attention to detail, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
- Awareness of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.
- One year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience preferred.

The Corporate Financial Operations & Planning Department is responsible for:
•Support of core financial processes including the annual operating budget, long range financial forecast and month-end close activities.
•The finance support model for institutes, family health centers, Ohio regional hospitals and shared service divisions.
•Project based work supporting organizational initiatives, performance improvement, capital budgeting, strategic business planning and mergers and acquisitions.
Analysts will be placed primarily in one of the areas, but will operate in a matrixed role where there is access and project/operational work in each of the areas throughout the department. The goal is to develop well-rounded candidates who will develop into future finance leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities:
