Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant


Location:
Corte Madera, CA (Onsite)


Type:
Fulltime - Permanent


Responsibilities:


  • Experience configuring approval workflows and working across global payroll interfaces
  • Handson experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)
  • Possesses a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) coupled with adept project management skills. In addition to Oracle HCM modules, including WFM, LMS, and Recruitment Cloud
  • Own the Oracle release cycle
  • Experience working in a global delivery model, including familiarity with unit testing and testdriven development methodologies.
  • Effectively engage with business users, stakeholders, product managers, and the engineering team.
  • Communication must be excellent. This role needs to be confident to deal with business directly.


  • Module wise

  • Worked only in Core HR module. We need Core HR, ORC (Oracle Recruitment Cloud), and LMS. Global Payroll and Time and Attendance will be a big plus"

Pay:
$150,000.00 per year
