    Job DescriptionJob Title: Certified Nurse Assistant- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)Location: Rahway, New JerseyCompany Name: Staff Genius, where We Make Shifts Happen
    Job Type: CNA full time, 40 plus hours weekly, Starts ASAP, ongoing assignment, every other weekend required hour onboarding process if you have your documents ready to upload.
    Rate: $27 hourly, WEEKLY PAY
    Benefits: Overtime at 1.5x Hourly Rate, consistent, ongoing agency assignment with scheduled hours

Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents.Qualifications:
    • Valid CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
    • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
    • Flexibility to adapt to various resident needs
    • Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or long-term care setting is advantageous
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
    • Help residents with mobility and transfers
    • Observe and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the nursing team
    • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
