BioTrans LLC is a global logistics provider specializing in cold chain transportation, technology and infrastructure for the life sciences industry.

Shift:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Possible Saturday shifts with early morning start times as early as 2:00 am.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate, load, unload and deliver freight utilizing a small box truck or cargo van
Adhere to assigned routes and follow time sensitive schedules that require detailed attention
Maintain a strong commitment to safety
Ability to navigate surrounding areas using GPS and comfortable with scanning devices
Perform daily pretrip and posttrip inspections; fuel the truck as needed; evaluate and report issues through the appropriate parties (dispatch/ managers)

Warehouse duties

Clean, wash and sanitize truck's

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (nonweather) and fumes or airborne particles. Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling and squatting.
Extended periods of sitting.
Sequential or simultaneous use of hands, arms, feet and legs.

Minimum Requirements and Employee Expectations

Must be at least 21+ years of Age
Valid driver's license (CDL NOT required)
Acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years for insurance purposes)
Must NOT be restricted for access on military bases and government facilities
Experience driving cargo van's and small box trucks
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Basic computer, tablet and/or smartphone skills, and familiar with scanning devices
Ability to take and follow directions and work well with others as part of team
Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
Flexible schedule with the ability to work as needed preferred
