- Manage field office operations including administrative facilities, inventory, and day-to-day business operations
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office and warehouse
- Oversee inventory receipt, verification, and storage
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain documentation
- Prepare rigs for operation and maintain van cleanliness
- Communicate with operations management for consistent execution of procedures
- Participate in training and clinic activities
- Adapt to flexible work schedules as required by the business
- Perform other assigned duties
- 18 years of age or older
- Safe driving record and valid Driver's License
- Comfortable working with pets and varied work schedules
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work at a desk, in the field, and stand/walk for extended periods
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office, HR Software, etc.)
