Responsibilities

You will work in the international environment of a modern industrial company on a path of international growth, providing high-quality and effective legal support to the management, executives, and departments such as sales and procurement in all areas of the diverse international and global business within the sera group.

This includes, among other things, drafting and reviewing international contracts, proactive risk management, and consulting colleagues in international contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other business partners, in which you may participate if necessary.

Your responsibilities also include strategically designing, validating, and creating company-wide frameworks, policies, and regulations, including international sales contracts, compliance, IT security, data protection, e-commerce, digitalization, and media marketing.

You will advise departments on the development and introduction of new products and services, as well as projects such as outsourcing, tenders, and submissions.

You will support and coordinate legal processes and IP and patent management with our external lawyers and patent attorneys. Another interesting area of responsibility includes funding and management of grants for our innovation projects within the group, whether it be product innovations in the field of hydrogen and water treatment technologies, renewable construction projects
