Immaculate Custom Cleaning is a family owned and operated company, based out of Mount Joy, PA. We are looking to add awesome attitudes and new cleaning techs to our teams, for
PART-TIME hours. We service residential homes, Air BNBs, and small businesses in Lancaster County and surrounding areas.


Responsibilities:

• Provide personal assistance to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and running general errands for the business
• Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
• Provide cleanliness/organization/restock for both office locations
• Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress, organizing meetings, and preparing reports
• Perform general office duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and scanning documents
