    Elle Seller we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure their satisfaction.

    Responsibilities
    • Answering and responding to incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
    • Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products, orders, and services.
    • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
    • Up-selling and cross-selling products and services to maximize customer value.
    • Achieving and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    Salary

    $1100 - $1560 /week
