Amenity Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Director to join our team. As a Compliance Director you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of therapist notes. You will be responsible for conducting quality audits, performing inspections, and implementing quality control measures of visit notes.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Inspect OT/PT/ST visit notes to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Manage completed notes in a timely manner to be approval for payroll
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and maintain EMR system, including documentation and record keeping
  • Provide guidance and support to administration regarding quality control measures
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices

Requirements:


  • QA experience in the therapy field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and their implementation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
