Responsibilities
Human Resources & Development (HR&D) is seeking data-driven individuals to join our team as Data Analysts.
We are the primary source for HR&D business insights and analytics, empowering individuals to optimize their performance today and in the future.
Our team leverages various data analytics and statistical methods to support strategic initiatives pertaining to workforce-related challenges.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Influence workforce strategy through building data-driven solutions
- Drive the adoption of a datadriven culture
- Deliver data presentations to large audiences, including department executives
- Employ data visualization techniques to align and integrate datadriven decisions with stakeholders across HR&D and the wider organization
- Collaborate within a team focused on utilizing advanced/predictive analytics to support current and future objectives
Qualifications
Highly desired skills:
- Deep experience and understanding of data visualization principles and techniques
- Ability to engage cross functional stakeholders, generate consensus and drive work
- Previous experience with analytics & data visualization tools
- Experience developing completed staff work for an executive audience
- Ability to drive pace across multiple initiatives occurring simultaneously
- Proactively translate insights to recommendations using leading data visualization tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling presentations and advise senior leaders
Additional skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
