    Als 'productverantwoordelijke' ben je de inspiratie en kracht van ons aanbod van aankoop tot verkoop. Je bepaalt de productstrategie, de collectie en het Augustijnsassortiment. Je kent en houdt rekening met de markt en gaat hand in hand met marketing om ons bedrijf de uitstraling te geven die het verdient.
    Je houd je vooral bezig met :
    Het opstellen van een productbusinessplan en het bewaken van de daaraan gekoppelde budgetten
    Je volgt de verwachtingen van onze klanten op en past daaropvolgend ons aanbod van producten aan
    Je weet wat er speelt op de markt en vertaalt dit naar de directie, de collega's en je bepaalt mee de uitstraling van ons bedrijf
    Je bouwt een sterk netwerk uit met leveranciers, onderaannemers, dienstverleners,....
    Je bent alert voor de verkoopresultaten en de rentabiliteit om tijdig de nodige acties te kunnen ondernemen.
    Je werkt nauw samen met onze andere afdeling om het assortiment up-to-date te houden en alles in goede banen te leiden.
    Je beheert onze aankooppolitiek en onderhandelt over aankoopprijzen en -condities.
    Je hebt een minimum een Master diploma of je bouwde de nodige ervaring op
    Je hebt ervaring in en passie voor de keukenbranche en zijn logistieke flow
    Je ben assertief en gaat actief in overleg met zowel leveranciers alsook collega's, je krijgt energie van deze directe contacten
    Je bent analytisch en gaat graag met cijfers om, die je vlot kan vertalen naar acties
    Je kan vlot planlezen en gangbare tekenprogramma's zijn je niet vreemd

    Leveranciers consulteren bij de keuze en aankoop van materieel
    Een bedrijfsdirectie adviseren over haar strategie inzake externe groei
    De productontwikkelingsstrategie bepalen of ertoe bijdragen samen met de dienst onderzoek en ontwikkeling, de productieafdeling, de commerciële dienst, ...
    De nacalculatie opstellen
    Het marketingplan van het product of het gamma uitwerken na opstelling van het technisch bestek
    Een netwerk van partners, leveranciers en dienstverleners opbouwen en onderhouden
    Markt: Nationaal
    Technische ondersteuning bieden aan het verkoopnetwerk over het product of het gamma (technische eigenschappen, innovatie, ...)
    Studies uitvoeren over: Commerciële ontwikkeling
    Studies uitvoeren over: Productontwikkeling
    De eigenschappen van nieuwe producten en de aanpassingen aan bestaande producten bepalen
    Het mediaplan voor de lancering van het product of het productengamma bepalen
    De promotiemiddelen uitwerken (technische fiche, verkoopsargumentatie, catalogus, ...)
    Productiemodaliteiten van de producten bepalen volgens de productievereisten
    Leveranciers, (onder)aannemers raadplegen en selecteren
    Marktaandelen, verkoop en winstmarges van het product of het productengamma analyseren
    Aanpassingen voorstellen (promotieacties, afstemming op de concurrentie, ...)
    De markt van de producten, de behoeften van de consumenten en de concurrentie analyseren
