With 25 years of experience in the development and production of specialized products for reinforced concrete construction, MASTERTEC has become one of the leading specialists in the fields of waterproof structures and lightning protection. With 50 employees, we supply and support distributors of construction specialty products in 35 countries.

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer or a team member with comparable technical knowledge (m/f/d) for our development and media department.

Our development and media department work closely together. Currently, the team consists of five employees with various tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

Converting our products into 3D and drawing programs (in collaboration with external parties)
Establishing contact with architects and engineers and answering their (technical) questions
Evaluating drawings and offering our products accordingly
Collaborating in the development of new products: from initial ideas to implementation with suppliers
Initiating and conducting tests with our testing facilities
Organizing our trade shows - BAU and BAUMA in Munich, as well as customer trade shows
Contributing to our customer information, online channels, and print materials
