What It's Like To Work Here
You'll be part of an epoxy flooring installation team.

Some of your duties may include:

  • Loading and unloading equipment and supplies
  • Setting up mixing areas
  • Mixing materials
  • Tracking material usage
  • Maintaining and repairing equipment
  • Assisting with floor preparation and installation
  • Cleaning tools and worksite

The Environment

  • Safety. Your safety is important to us. We provide safety training and protective gear.
  • Surroundings. You'll be working with power tools and around moving machines.
  • Activity. The job involves standing, bending, lifting, and working on your hands and knees.
  • Temperature. Most of the time you will be working indoors. Temperatures will vary based on the customer site.
  • Noise level. Some of the equipment you will be using can be loud. We provide hearing protection.
  • Odors. Some of the chemicals you will be using can have a strong odor. We provide breathing protection and follow proper ventilation protocols.
  • Dress code. Closedtoe shoes are required. PCS provides two vouchers per year for safety shoes. Your clothes will get stained during work but should be free from rips and tears.

Travel


Your job will require a varying amount of overnight travel based on the size of the job and the customer's location.

Travel and lodging are paid for by PCS and we offer a daily meal allowance.

Job Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen
