Summary:
SUMMARYUnder the supervision of the IT Director, the IT Supervisor provides departmental support. The IT Supervisor will assist in managing all systems and technology in the hotel. The IT Supervisor will also support the IT Director in administrative duties related to the department.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and carry out technology projects.
- Work on proactive maintenance and repair of critical systems (PMS, POS, PBX, FTG) in coordination with respective vendors.
- Plan and do a quarterly test on server Backups.
- Inventory and maintain locally connected and networked printers.
- Communicate projects related to technology simply, effectively, both oral and written, with internal and external guests.
- Provide detailed attention to all ongoing requests/incidents with proper follow up and follow through practices.
- Assist where needed on the daily tasks of the IT Techs.
- Provide compliance support to the hotel by performing timely checks and audits
- Perform all reasonable tasks assigned by management.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires extended travel throughout the hotel and at times can require extended sitting while working on assigned projects.
It would be common that % of the role is traveling throughout the hotel/ Office to assist in identified issues.
