Are you looking to start a career in manufacturing or to develop skills you already have? Interested in a position with a locally owned business in Washington County?
Position – Welder
Job Location – Hartford, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6am – 2:30pm)
Starting Pay – $19-$23/Hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – None
As a welder, you will be responsible for fabricating metals through MIG/TIG and spot welding.
Responsibilities
MIG and TIG welding
Inspect finished product for defects
Palletize/package for shipment
Qualifications
High school diploma preferred
Previous manufacturing experience preferred but will train
Recent graduate of a welding program
Ability to bend, stand, lift and twist repetitively throughout an 8-10 hour shift
