- MIG welding experience in solid, metal-core & flux-core wires
- Must be able to read blueprints and weld symbols, weld gage, and tape measure
- Experienced in 11Ga. to heavy plate, completing single-pass and multi-pass welds per print and code
- Must be able to operate overhead cranes, hand tools, grinders, torches, etc. in a safe manner
- Should be a reliable teammate who's driven to excel while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting personal and company goals
- Take pride in your work.
- Possess excellent communication skills along with the ability to follow direction
- Willingness to help your co-workers
- Be able to troubleshoot
- Be able to work overtime as needed
- Good pay based on experience, along with full benefits

We seek an experienced 1st shift Mig welder to join our welding department, working with mild steel, alloys, aluminum, and stainless while using numerous types of weld wires and gases to complete our customers' products.
This person should have the desire to work in a timely fashion while you meet or exceed a customer's specifications.
