The Caritas Association for the Diocese of Würzburg e.V. is the Catholic umbrella organization for social welfare in the Diocese of Würzburg. It coordinates the interests of over 900 charitable institutions with approximately employees.

We are currently seeking a Specialist for Inclusive Child and Youth Services (m/f/d) for an indefinite part-time position of 30 hours per week in the Department of Social Services, Department of Family and Youth Services.

Your responsibilities:

Advising and supporting child and youth services institutions and services in implementing the Child and Youth Empowerment Act (KJSG) as well as institutions and services for child and youth integration assistance
Conducting and accompanying projects, as well as designing and organizing training measures in the context of the KJSG
Advocating for the interests of youth social work institutions and family care in conferences and (expert) committees at the federal, state, and diocesan level
Representation in the LAG Inclusive SGB VIII
Professional advice and support for the in-house institution Kinder- und Jugenddorf St. Anton
Maintaining the digital information platform
