What You'll Do:


As a Sales Development Representative with BP Realty, you're the first impression of our company in the community, part educator and part salesperson.


You educate potential clients by sharing our expert knowledge, who we are, what we do, and how we can help.

You're responsible for matching clients with agents through understanding their personalities.

Adding value and establishing trust to build enduring relationships that go beyond business and last a lifetime.

Responsibilities:

Committed to follow through._Closing the loop with potential clients by responding to open questions and obtaining information that will persuade them to use our services.

Trusted resource._ Being recognized by clients as the "go-to" person with the expertise and support staff to answer their questions.

Educating clients._ Helping future clients be clear on who we are, what we do, and how we can help using proven scripts that are solutions to the market challenges today.

Minding the details._ Tracking your results of talk to's, attempts, CCT's, nurtures and notes.


Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Experience: 1-2 Years Inside Sales Experience (preferred)

Communications: Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
-
Practical: Well-organized, excellent time management, and prioritization skills.

Computer Skills: Google/Microsoft Suite proficient.


Preferred:


  • Valid Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of MI
  • Database/CRM Management Experience
  • Zoom/Web-Conferencing Experience

Schedule & Location:


  • Full Time
  • Flexible Schedule (mínimal weekend/evening availability asneeded)
  • Hybrid, Grandville MI

Salary & Benefits:

Target Range: $50,000 - $70,000+ Annually (Base Salary + Bonuses)
