As a Sales Development Representative with BP Realty, you're the first impression of our company in the community, part educator and part salesperson.
You educate potential clients by sharing our expert knowledge, who we are, what we do, and how we can help.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1-2 Years Inside Sales Experience (preferred)

Communications: Excellent verbal and presentation skills.

Practical: Well-organized, excellent time management, and prioritization skills.

Computer Skills: Google/Microsoft Suite proficient.
Preferred:
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of MI
- Database/CRM Management Experience
- Zoom/Web-Conferencing Experience
Schedule & Location:
- Full Time
- Flexible Schedule (mínimal weekend/evening availability asneeded)

Target Range: $50,000 - $70,000+ Annually (Base Salary + Bonuses)
