You shape the quality of education within the
DOREA FAMILY and play a crucial role in ensuring the high standard of care and support we provide.

You guide trainees in their future profession and recognize their talents as well as areas for improvement.

Learning from you is easy and your goal is to establish a long-term connection between trainees and the

Your new tasks:

You will experience a good mix of variety and routine with us. If something doesn't work out, we support each other, throughout the
DOREA FAMILY. The most important thing is that the quality of our work is maintained.

  • Accompanying and guiding trainees in practical nursing
  • Coaching nursing staff through coaching sessions
  • Training new employees according to the DOREA training concept
  • Motivating students to do an internship with us
  • Conducting proper basic and treatment care
  • Responsibility for planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating individual nursing needs
