  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Computer skills and proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office products and database management
  • Ability to be selfdirected and highly motivated with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent customer communications, interaction and presentation skills
  • Requires the possession of a valid state driver's license
  • Ability to deadlift at least 50 lbs; capable of climbing ladders to repair equipment as well as maneuvering in and around heavy equipment without issue
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant work experience may be a substitute

Key Responsibilities:

Position is full time with standard business hours. Position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

  • Repairing Traffic Safety Equipment
  • Delivering Traffic Safety Equipment
  • General organization and maintenance of Shop/Yard
  • Shipping / receiving parts and equipment
  • Interacting with Customers
  • Other duties as assigned
  • The ability to work 40 hours per week (overtime often possible)
  • Requires the possession of a valid state driver's license
  • Able to read, write, and speak fluent English
  • Must be able and willing to travel overnight on occasion for 14 nights as needed; out of state travel could be several days per month
  • Must be able to easily climb ladders and deadlift up to 50 lbs.

Experience in any of these areas is a plus:

  • Forklift operation.
  • Basic understanding of computers.
  • Communication and organizational skills.
  • Warehouse/ manufacturing experience.
  • Engineering experience.
  • Any shop experience (Machining, Welding, and Manufacturing).
  • Basic understanding of electronics and 12volt circuits.
