Job summary
The Parts Sales Development Representative reports to the Parts Manager and is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calling and email outreach.
The role involves developing strong relationships with dealer accounts and end users to expand stocking levels and increase share of wallet.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Two (2)+ years of success in outbound telephone sales or parts sales environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed call quotas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Word Excel Outlook CRM systems
