Marketing Manager (Aberdeen, SD/Sioux Falls, SD)
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution company-wide.
This role blends leadership, business development support, and on-the-ground representation. You'll oversee marketing across all divisions while managing our Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist and collaborating closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategy across all divisions
- Lead campaigns across digital, print, radio, and traditional media
- Represent Huff at community events and project milestones
- Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives
- Track performance and adjust strategy to support growth
Requirements
5–10+ years of progressive marketing experience
1–3 years of construction or related industry experience preferred
Proven experience leading and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
Prior leadership or management experience required
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and traditional advertising
Experience managing budgets and tracking marketing ROI
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and executive leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable representing the company publicly at events and networking functions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
Self-driven decision maker who can operate without constant oversight
